There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the train station and many tourist attractions. We were impressed with the delicious and fresh halal food served in the hotel restaurant, which had a great variety including Vietnamese, Malaysian, and Singapore cuisine. The hotel staff was extremely helpful in arranging our tours to Halong Bay and Nin Bin, and the private car booked through the hotel made our trip with young children much easier. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms.

We had a wonderful city trip! The location was perfect, it was close to public transportation and the main attractions. The hotel had a great breakfast buffet and a variety of food options. We enjoyed the fact that there was a convenience store across the street for snacks and water. , the rooms were clean and comfortable, perfect after a long day of exploring.

Some of the staff seemed uninterested in helping us and we felt unwelcome. the hotel lacked any kind of outdoor space, which would have been nice for relaxing after a busy day.
